What's Next

We’re here to help you navigate your student’s transition into their high school years, and to answer any questions you may have about admissions, enrollment, or any other components of a Marquette University High School education.

Admissions

  • All applicants must submit an application – completed by a parent or guardian – and a $30 non-refundable application fee to MUHS.
  • All applicants must take the MUHS Entrance Exam. Registration for the Entrance Exam is completed as part of the Admissions application. Applications must be submitted prior to taking the November entrance exam.
  • Once a student has submitted their application and has completed the exam, MUHS will request transcripts and other evaluation forms from his current school.

Entrance Exam

Students who apply after Dec. 1 will make arrangements with the Admissions office to take the entrance exam.

Tuition & Financial Aid

Marquette University High School’s rigorous college preparatory curriculum is well recognized and highly respected, including at the most prestigious colleges and universities throughout the United States.

Typically, 97% of MUHS graduates go on to attend a four-year college or university, including such institutions as Harvard, Princeton, Yale, and many others. The success of MUHS graduates in college and in life represent an extraordinary return on investment.

Transfer Students

Transfer students will be considered for admission to MUHS based on the following conditions:

  1. Space is available in the class.
  2. Applicant has a 3.0 GPA or higher at current school.
  3. All Transfer applicants will be reviewed by the MUHS administration to determine if the applicants will benefit from the school’s program.
  4. MUHS must receive the following information:
    • Completed transfer application
    • Applicant’s most recent grade transcript
    • A copy of all standardized test scores
    • A letter of recommendation from current school
    • Student interview as needed
